Five rounds, each for time of:

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

  • Completely screwed that up
  • I mistakenly only did four rounds and not five.
  • I forgot the three minute rests. Carried on by mistake.
  • Made for a nasty workout
