Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps

60Kg - 90kg - 100kg - 105kg - 105kg

  • Not bad. I did it later in the day due to morning tasks. I'm glad that I did it.
  • Six straight days of CF. Rest Day tomorrow
  • PR'ed pull-ups in the warm-up
