20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

  • Scaled to three rounds due to a cold that I've come down with.
  • PR-ed pull-ups with 10 on first round
  • Oddly sit-ups were difficult
