21-15-9 reps of:
100 kg Deadlift
Handstand push-ups

- Sub-ed Piked Push-ups off a 24" box

- Got through the deadlifts doing sets of 3-5. I need to get some Powerlifting coaching to unscrew my form. The deadlifts are stressing my lower back a little.
