Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

Sub-ed 4 Pull-ups and 4 Dips for each Muscle-up
Sub-ed elevated push-ups off 24" box for handstand push-ups
